Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Able to operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and manage cash register.
• Maintain gift shop stock levels and cleanliness.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Answer guest questions about products and the property.
• Assist with inventories and floor changes.
• Ensure safety and security of guests.
• Handle paperwork and pricing changes as needed.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues.
