Job summary

Buc-ee's Ltd., a leading Texas retailer, is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to join our team in Texas City. You will enhance the guest experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising Buc-ee’s unique gift items.

Responsibilities include pricing, merchandising, selling, visual presentation, and proficient use of Point of Sale devices. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is appreciated. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock and merchandize Buc-ee’s gift items.
• Pricing, merchandising and selling tasks.
• Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with management and team members.
• Maintain visual presentation through product pricing and merchandising.
• Illustrate competent use of POS and transaction devices.
• Identify and resolve customer/store needs with supervision.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
