Job summary

Buc-ee’s Ltd is hiring a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate in Texas to enhance the guest experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandizing Buc-ee’s gift items. You will help create engaging displays and connect guests with products that enhance their trip.

Responsibilities include pricing, merchandising, selling, POS usage, and supporting management. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and the role is on-site in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Price, merchandise, and sell items in the gift department.
• Communicate professionally with store management and team members.
• Maintain visual presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Demonstrate use of POS and checkout devices.
• Identify and resolve guest and store needs with supervision.
• Perform other duties as required, with/without accommodation.
