Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to join our team in Baytown, Texas. The role focuses on receiving, stocking, and merchandising Buc-ee’s gift items while delivering friendly guest service.

You will help create engaging visual displays, price merchandise, operate Point of Sale devices, and assist guests to find items that enhance their visit. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively price, merchandise, and sell assigned items.
• Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with management and team.
• Maintain visual presentation through pricing and merchandising.
• Illustrate competent use of Point of Sale and transaction devices.
• Identify and resolve customer/store needs with moderate supervision.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
