Job summary

Buc-ee's is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX. You will receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee’s gift items, creating displays that draw guests to the gift department and connect them with memorable items.

The role requires standing for long periods, prior retail or sales experience preferred, and the ability to use POS systems while maintaining the store’s visual standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, merchandising, and selling products.
• Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with store management and team members.
• Execute visual presentation through product pricing and merchandising.
• Illustrate competent use of Point of Sale and transaction devices.
• Identify and resolve immediate customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
