Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience coordinating data processing initiatives.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years of college, technical, vocational or business school with coursework related to the role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
• Coordinate day-to-day gift processing, receipting and reporting with accuracy.
• Verify data, resolve discrepancies and monitor data integrity.
• Mentor processing staff on IRS standards and CASE Guidelines.
