Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is looking for a Gift Center Representative to operate the Gift Center and provide a positive experience for guests. This role involves executing the gifting process, generating profit through guest engagement, and maintaining balance at the Point of Sale.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and some customer service or sales experience. Benefits include bi-weekly pay, health plans, and tuition reimbursement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mainframe applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing departments.
• Generates additional profit by soliciting guest to purchase goods and products in a face-to-face presentation.
• Ensures Point of Sale station remains in balance.
• Effectively communicates with management all exceptions and incidents.
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
