Responsibilities

• Prepare bank deposits and remote deposit checks.
• Review mailroom batches for completeness and accuracy.
• Record batch information in cash and non-cash logs and assign batch numbers.
• Electronically code gifts and non-gifts within 24-48 business hours and link donor IDs and funds based on documentation.
• Review daily bank statements for ACH and wire transactions.
• Co-manage the gift accounting team email inbox and ensure quality service.
• Continuously improve procedures and update training materials.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and collaborate on process improvements.
