Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy in the United States is seeking a CAD/CAM Technician to support our Service Parts manufacturing automation. You will build and maintain intelligent 3D part libraries, create machining programs, and design parts kits impacting customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Design and/or Computer Aided Manufacturing (preferred).
• 4+ years of CNC programming experience using GibbsCAM.
• Prior experience or familiarity with CAD such as Creo is preferred (willingness to learn basics is required).
• Strong understanding of services for technical products (or strong aptitude to learn).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing engineers to create machining program templates for each part family using GibbsCAM software.
• Use Creo CAD to create family table–based part models for all components manufactured by Service Parts.
• Build and maintain a 3D library of CNC machine tables, fixture geometries, and tooling.
• Ensure part family programs can be flexibly posted to various machines within the SVP fleet based on capacity and availability.
• Use CGTech Vericut for NC file validation before manufacturing release.
• Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) during the programming process.
• Determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup.
• Provide technical support for Elliott Parts Kits.
• Design parts kit layouts to meet internal and external customer needs—supporting growth, quality, and productivity.
