Job summary

Hersheypark and its entertainment complex are seeking a Concessions Beverage Attendant to join our Part-Time Team. You will assist across various food service locations, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, operating registers, and preparing food.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling orders, maintaining sanitation, stocking items, and supporting opening/closing procedures. Must be 18+, and complete the RAMP Alcohol Service Certification upon employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete RAMP Alcohol Service Certification upon employment (training and certification will be provided)

• Greet guests and take Food & Beverage orders within various Food and Beverage locations
• Safely serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with all legal regulations and company guidelines
• Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, correctly operate registers, and provide exceptional service to each guest
• Ensure cleanliness of work locations by cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, and mopping work areas
• Organize, store, and rotate stock and food items within assigned work locations
• Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by shift supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Giant Center is a 10,500-seat multi-purpose arena, and hosts an impressive line‑up of star‑studded performances and events. Action-packed Hershey Bears® hockey games, thrilling live entertainment, and one‑of‑a‑kind events are a day in the life of our Hersheypark Entertainment Complex team members at Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium, or Hershey Theatre.

As a trained Concessions Beverage Attendant, you will assist in a variety of food service locations where food and alcoholic beverages are sold. Primary responsibilities include: safely and responsibly serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, operating registers, cooking and serving food, dishwashing, and keeping an organized and clean work location.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Greet guests and take Food & Beverage orders within various Food and Beverage locations*

Job Demands:

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical requirements include standing (for periods up to 5 hours at a time prior to a break or end of shift), walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds without assistance
• Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work is almost exclusively outdoors.
• Proper footwear (black, non‑slip/skid sneakers) must be provided by the employee
• Work environment can be very loud at times based on events occurring within the venue
