Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a GI Certified Surgical Technologist to support patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. The role requires strong sterile technique and experience handling endoscopic equipment in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a 40-hour day shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates and experienced candidates alike. Onsite work location is Jamaica Plain, MA within Mass General Brigham.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Surgical Technologist Certification required.
• Graduate of ARC/STSA-accredited program; NBSTSA certification required.
• Current OR or Ambulatory Surgery experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.
• Maintains sterile technique and handles endoscopic equipment.
• Works as part of GI team to ensure patient safety and efficient procedures.
