Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA is seeking a GI Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a full-time day shift. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. New graduates are welcome to apply, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends or nights.

You will support endoscopic procedures, maintain sterile technique, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Endoscopy or GI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff during GI procedures.
• Handle, clean, and process endoscopic equipment according to established protocols.
• Anticipate procedural needs and contribute to efficient workflow.
