Halifax Health ExpressCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for GI Services in Daytona Beach, FL. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care per the nursing process and coordinate care with the LPN, CNA, and other team members.

Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, teaching, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and families to achieve positive outcomes. Florida RN licensure is required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• State of Florida RN license required or in process.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient on admission and ongoing throughout care.
• Plans and coordinates nursing care based on assessment and needs.
• Coordinates patient care with ancillary departments to optimize outcomes.
• Administers medications according to established policies.
