The Surgery Center of Ft. Lauderdale, operated by United Surgical Partners International, is seeking an OR/GI Manager (RN) for a full-time role at our Ft. Lauderdale facility.
The position requires strong perioperative leadership, oversight of OR, anesthesia and sterile processing, and collaboration with physicians, staff, and vendors. RN licensure and BLS; ACLS and PALS within 6 months are required.

This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees and vendors. Coordinates special equipment, supply and equipment needs for cases working closely with the materials manager. The OR/GI Manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The OR Manager works with the Administrator in meeting Facility goals. Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services. Assists as RN Circulator as necessary.
