The Surgery Center of Ft. Lauderdale is seeking an OR/GI Manager (RN) for a full-time role. This position focuses on coordinating perioperative services across GI, Orthopedic, Pain, Plastic, and Podiatry procedures using evidence-based practices.
The OR/GI Manager works with the Administrator to meet facility goals, oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing, and may serve as RN Circulator as needed. A strong leadership presence and commitment to quality are essential.

This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees and vendors. Coordinates special equipment, supply and equipment needs for cases working closely with the materials manager. The OR/GI Manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The OR Manager works with the Administrator in meeting Facility goals. Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services. Assists as RN Circulator as necessary.
