Qualifications

• Cross-training as GI Tech is required; GI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management and medications.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with input from patients, families, and team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs respecting patient preferences and culture.
• Maintain safety-sensitive standards and ensure continuous safety awareness.
