Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Peoria, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for a medical group setting. You will provide nursing care under supervision and conduct phone triage, interpret tests, handle refills and authorizations, and educate patients about their care plans.

You will manage patient messages via NorthShore Connect and chart accurately in Epic, contributing to a high‑quality, patient‑centered care environment.

Qualificações

• Active IL nursing license required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians.
• Perform phone triage, interpret test results, handle refills and prior authorizations, educate patients.
• Manage patient communications via NorthShore Connect messages.
• Accurately chart in the Epic electronic medical record.
