Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full‑time day shift in a fast-paced outpatient gastroenterology setting. The role requires physician office experience, with hospital experience preferred, and involves collaboration with physicians, RNs, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, accurate documentation, patient and caregiver education, and supporting care plans within the LPN scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current RN licensure is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely per physician orders.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and care team in outpatient setting.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications and plan of care.
• Coordinate with team to support monthly MAR reviews and care plans.
• Adhere to PACE regulations and nursing scope of practice.
