Formación

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Medical Oncology.
• Clinical expertise in gastrointestinal malignancies.
• Unrestricted Massachusetts medical license eligibility.
• Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, operations, or oncology leadership.
• Academic qualifications for faculty appointment at UMass Chan School of Medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic quality and safety initiatives within the Division of Hematology/Oncology.
• Define and monitor KPIs for quality, safety, access, timeliness, health equity, patient experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams across specialties.
• Direct clinical improvement projects for care coordination, safety, and transitions.
• Collaborate on EHR optimization, decision support, and quality measurement.
• Foster a just culture; participate in governance and tumor boards.
• Mentor faculty, trainees, and staff in quality improvement and oncology care.
• Maintain an active GI oncology clinical practice.
