Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by ACEN/CCNE or equivalent.
• Current, full, active nursing license in US.
• Bridge program options for master's level pathway to licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Nurse Manager in unit operations.
• Provide coverage for other ANMs as needed.
• Direct staff orientation, training, and evaluation.
• Role model, educator, and leader to interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate to implement evidence-based programs and remove barriers to care.
• Oversee staff schedules, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Provide education to Gastroenterology staff and develop learning plans.
