• Full GI consults.
• Gastroenterology experience required.
• Valid CT NP/PA license.
• Willingness to travel within Connecticut to nursing homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide GI care for patients in Long-Term Care facilities in CT.

• Travel across CT to service multiple nursing homes.
