Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program preferred.
• 0-1 years of patient care experience in healthcare is preferred or an associate degree in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients; record vital signs and intake information.
• Support clinical procedures such as EKGs, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure EMR documentation per guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in, referrals, and patient instructions as needed.
• Escort patients to labs and support care coordination and workflow.
