Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved LPN program with active licensure.
• Active licensure required; or Medical Assistant certification with licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Gather focused assessment data and document vital signs.
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous medications as directed by physician.
• Demonstrate equipment use, specimen collection, and reading vital sign monitor.
• Identify and report abnormal findings to supervisor and physician.
• Practice infection control and standard precautions.
