Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing (BSN) required or must complete degree within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum of two (2) years medical-surgical or equivalent experience; GI Lab experience preferred.
• CGRN or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing processes to plan and meet patient and family needs.
• Assessments focused on target patient populations and situations.
• Prioritize and organize patient care and ensure follow-through.
• Provide age-appropriate care for assigned unit patients and maintain current knowledge.
• Communicate via SBAR during hand-offs and document care in IPOC.
