Job summary

Allegheny General Hospital (AGH) in Pittsburgh seeks a registered nurse to provide nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in the GI Lab. You will collaborate with patients and physicians to deliver safe, high-quality care throughout the procedure and recovery.

Responsibilities include pre-procedural assessment, documentation to regulatory standards, maintaining a safe environment, and adapting to rotating schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• PA RN licensure (active) or eNLC multi-state licensure.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1 year nursing experience or GI experience if less than one year.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Collaborates with patients and physicians to deliver care.
• Conducts pre-procedural assessment and data collection.
