Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing immunology discovery team.
• Oversee in vitro and in vivo pharmacology studies with CIVMs and PKPD assessments.
• Direct drug discovery programs from early conception to clinical candidate selection.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to accelerate programs.
• Mentor and cultivate an inclusive, high‑performing research culture.
