Job summary

Qualifications

• United States Citizenship required; non-citizens may be considered per VA policy.
• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent; degree from VA-approved school.
• Current, full and unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Residency training leading to board eligibility; may require board certification for faculty.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Section within the Medicine Service.
• Oversee clinical care, education, and research activities for GI/Hepatology.
• Foster program development, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
