Pfizer Inc. is seeking a field-based Specialty Care - GI Health & Science Specialist to drive the launch and growth of GI products through compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare teams in assigned accounts.

You’ll work with Therapeutic Area Specialists and KOLs to implement promotional strategies, support formulary access, and deliver high-impact customer engagement. The role requires strong sales acumen, disease-state expertise, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
Experience engaging with healthcare providers and KOLs preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsabilités

Drive launch and growth of GI products with compliant, strategic relationships in assigned accounts.
Promote appropriate product use with approved messaging and disease-state knowledge.
Support formulary access and patient reimbursement navigation.
Engage with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and business objectives.
Utilize digital tools to plan, execute, and optimize territory activities.
Maintain compliance with field-based promotional standards and Pfizer policies.
