Carle Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures, including prep, intra-procedure, and recovery phases for colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. The role includes opportunities to train for advanced and pulmonary teams, and to administer moderate sedation under physician direction.

The RN will document nursing care, assess patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care for inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience with endoscopy procedures preferred.
• Ability to administer moderate sedation under physician direction.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care during prep, intra-procedure and recovery phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Document nursing care and patient responses accurately in medical records.
• Assist CRNA during cases involving anesthesia.
