Carle Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures, including prep, intra-procedure, and recovery phases, with opportunities to train for advanced teams. The RN provides direct patient care, delivers moderate sedation under direction of the physician, and collaborates with multiple departments in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The nurse will perform assessments, develop and modify care plans, and educate patients.

Competenze

• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Performs initial assessment on patient admission and develops a plan of care.
• Implements nursing interventions and modifies the plan based on evaluation.
• Delivers moderate sedation under physician direction.
• Assists CRNA during cases requiring anesthesia involvement.
