Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing: Required.
• One-year recent acute care RN experience: Required.
• GI experience and other special procedures: Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians with GI and other procedures; supports safe, outcome-focused care.
• Completes history and admission assessment within 30 minutes of patient arrival.
• Reviews medical history and care plans; collaborates with health care team on patient goals.
• Follows sedation protocols for minimal/moderate sedation (pre and post).
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
