Qualifications

• Experience leading nursing teams in outpatient procedural settings.
• Experience with GI and endoscopy workflows preferred.
• Ability to develop staff and improve patient throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GI Lab operations including staffing alignment and patient throughput.
• Maintain clinical standards, resource coordination, and consistent procedural workflows.
• Address operational barriers and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Foster physician and nursing collaboration and translate priorities into frontline practice.
• Support competency development and maintain a culture of patient safety and quality.
