Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a role scheduling patients or customers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and policy interpretation.
• Transcribe physician orders and enter into the hospital system.
• Coordinate transfers and organize patient records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
