Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Dietitian Specialist to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy for inpatient GI surgical patients. In this role, you will work with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements include RDN certification, state licensure, and 2 years of specialty experience. The position offers education support, career growth, and relocation assistance where applicable.

Formación

• Must be registered by the CDR and have 2 years of clinical experience.
• GI specialty in inpatient setting and CNSC within one year of hire.
• Licensed Dietitian in the applicable state or eligible for licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for GI inpatient patients.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and staff.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition care in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives (QAPI).
• Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Mentor and support dietetic interns and junior staff as needed.
