Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide comprehensive care in a specialized GI unit, focusing on patients with complex disorders. The role emphasizes patient education, discharge planning, and holistic chronic illness management.

You will coordinate care, support transitions, and contribute to quality improvement, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience; residency program available for new grads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records; strong teamwork.
• Current RN license, BLS, and required state/specialty certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care, direct patient care and family education.
• Support transitions of care and ensure effective team communication.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement activities and mentoring.
• Delegate care based on skill level, acuity, and resources.
