Kiavets in High Point, NC is seeking Military Veterans for the Automotive Service Technician position, part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program. This program offers hands-on experience and supports Veterans in becoming certified Kia technicians. As an apprentice, you'll develop skills in diagnosing and repairing Kia vehicles alongside experienced professionals. The role requires mechanical experience and includes vehicle inspections and repairs as primary responsibilities. The program is also GI Bill® approved, providing additional support for eligible Veterans.
Qualifications
Experience with diagnosing and repairing automotive systems.
Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Ability to read and understand repair orders.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including engines and transmissions.
Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
