Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for General Gastroenterology in Skokie, IL, a full-time, ambulatory clinic role. You’ll work Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with no weekends or on-call, serving in-community patients across several nearby towns.

Travel to Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and Vernon Hills is required. In this outpatient setting you’ll support physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality GI care.

Qualifications

• APN or PA licensure in IL; Federal DEA and IL Controlled Substance licensure required.
• Master’s level degree in GI specialty.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• GI experience through work or student clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient gastroenterology care under physician supervision.
• Order and interpret imaging, labs and diagnostic procedures; adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients on therapies and pre/post operative instructions; document progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
