Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group in Evanston, IL, seeks a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our Gastroenterology team in an outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-focused group while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive work environment at St.

Francis Hospital. You will perform initial assessments, assist with GI procedures, and coordinate care with gastroenterologists.

Formación

• Licensed NP or PA-C in Illinois.
• 1+ year of Gastroenterology outpatient medicine experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in EMR (Epic a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive GI care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct initial assessments and outpatient follow-ups.
• Assist with GI procedures and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with attending gastroenterologists to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate care, document, and educate patients.
