Job summary

Anticimex is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead Pest Control Technicians within the assigned service area. You will evaluate work quality, coach staff, and collaborate with branches to train and hire team members.

Applicants should have 2+ years in pest control or supervisory roles, hold active pest control licenses, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Proficiency with PestPac and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in pest control or in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Must hold a state issued appropriate pest control registrations, licenses, and certifications or the ability to obtain within 90 days of assuming the role.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and some weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of work completed and service being delivered

• Participate in the review and evaluation process of team members

• Administer, train and coach Technicians

• Conduct vehicle inspections

• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals andobjectivesare clearly communicated with branch staff.

• Provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals andobjectives.

• Conduct daily one on ones with each team member

• Collaborate with other departments to provide quality training, including 1-1 field training with team members

• Work with Branch Manager to hire and train new team members

• Respond to customer’s needs in a professional andtimelymanner

• Work with the Communication Center to ensure fluid transfer from phones to field operations

• Accurately completing paperworkin a timely manner

• Attend all scheduled training

• Review and approve employee timecards and paid time off requests

• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing reports from Azuga andPestPac

• Daily route optimization

• Visit trouble accounts for the Branch as needed

• Participate in 24/7on-callafter hours rotation program

• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
