Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Field Operator III - GHG in Spring, TX to operate wells and process equipment in alignment with daily plans and strict safety guidelines.

You will monitor facilities for gas and liquid leaks as part of the GHG desk, reporting findings and maintaining accurate logs. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, participating in safety meetings, collecting samples, and supporting emergency response activities while ensuring accurate handoffs at shift changes.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed with prior field technician experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Safety, health and environmental excellence mindset.
• Extensive pipeline operations knowledge.
• Familiar with safety and operations management tools.
• Understanding of emergency preparedness procedures.
• Knowledge of project philosophy and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate wells and equipment following safety procedures.
• Support GHG desk by monitoring for leaks.
• Attend toolbox and safety meetings.
• Record operational events and deviations.
• Coordinate maintenance and field work.
• Take samples and run field lab tests.
• Assist with emergency response activities.
• Communicate well conditions at shift changes.
• Maintain wellhead and surface equipment.
• Provide support for Well Work interventions.
