StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Full-Time Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support a NAVAIR program office. You will analyze requirements, track schedules and prepare documentation such as PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.

Qualifications include 3–10 years of relevant experience, AMS tools (CDRL, PMT, CSPT) proficiency, and a BA/BS. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required. Competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Verifiable PMT and CSPT experience.
• Verifiable experience processing PIDs from start to finish.
• Experience drafting contract sections B-J.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Develops program documentation such as PIDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Provides updates to NAVAIR AMS Tools and advises Government on status of actions.
• Applies government processes for documentation, change control and data management.
• Tracks configuration management and data deliverables.
• Applies DoD policy and life-cycle management for programs.
