Job summary

SERVPRO of Beverly Hills is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from inspection to completion. You will work with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience in construction/reconstruction, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proven leadership and communication abilities. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience managing multiple construction, reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process.
• Perform site evaluations, review project scopes, and help secure reconstruction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability goals.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Identify and manage change orders, project challenges, and customer expectations.
• Conduct project walkthroughs, complete punch-list items, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, leadership, and production teams.
• Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of construction practices, permitting processes, and local building codes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally between project sites.
