SERVPRO of Beverly Hills / Westwood is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from inspection to completion. You will work directly with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to success in a fast-paced restoration

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing multiple construction, reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally between project sites.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process.
• Perform site evaluations, review project scopes, and help secure reconstruction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability goals.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Identify and manage change orders, project challenges, and customer expectations.
• Conduct project walkthroughs, complete punch-list items, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, leadership, and production teams.
• Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of construction practices, permitting processes, and local building codes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally between project sites.
