Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients: updating policies, quotes, taking payments, documentation.
• Answer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing policies and service all claims.
• Set appointments or client calls and support a producer to review policies, liability limits, and renewals.
• Clarify customer concerns, determine the cause, explain best solution, expedite correction, and follow up.
• Maintain records of interactions in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.
