Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents by carrying a pregnancy and following medical instructions.
• Work with agency to receive support and ensure timely payments.
