Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional guidance.
• Participate in the agency’s intake process and ongoing support programs.
• Receive timely, transparent compensation and payments per the agreement.
• Help build families by carrying a pregnancy through to delivery with care and responsibility.
