Qualifications

• Must be healthy and physically eligible for pregnancy.
• BMI under 30 and overall good health are required.
• US citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services per agency process.
• Participate in intake, medical evaluations, and payments process.
