Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the surrogacy process.
• Work with a dedicated case manager and support staff to ensure a smooth journey.
• Attend monthly support meetings and engage with a community of surrogates.
