Experienced surrogates can earn $120,000+ and first-time surrogates $95,500+. A base compensation range of $40,000-$100,000+, plus monthly allowances, bonuses, and additional subsidies, supports the journey.

Qualifications

• BMI under 30 is preferred.
• Must be US citizen or permanent resident.
• Be between 21 and 39 years old with at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey.
• Receive base compensation and supplementary allowances as outlined by the agency.
• Remain engaged with the agency's medical, legal, and emotional support teams.
