Qualifications

• BMI under 30 as a healthy surrogate candidate.
• Be between 21 and 39 years old and have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Ability to work with a surrogacy agency and follow guidance.

Responsibilities

• Carry a pregnancy for intended parents from embryo transfer to birth.
• Attend medical appointments and follow prenatal care guidelines.
• Work with an agency case manager to manage process milestones.
